Q1: Is my information secure on your website?
Yes. We take your privacy seriously. All passwords are encrypted, and your personal information is never shared without your permission.

Q2: How do you protect customer transactions?
We use secure server protocols and verified payment gateways like JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and bank transfers.

🧾 Registration Requirements

Q3: What information do I need to register as a customer?
Full Name, Email, Password, Mobile Number, Address

Q4: What’s required to register as a vendor?
Full Name / Business Name, Email & Password, CNIC or Business ID (optional verification), Shop Address & Phone Number, Product Categories you deal in.

Q5: Can one person register as both a customer and vendor?
No. Each email is tied to one role only. Please use separate emails if you wish to use both roles.

🛍️ Vendor & Customer Dealing

Q6: How do vendors receive orders?
Vendors are notified via their dashboard when a customer places an order on their products.

Q7: How can customers contact vendors?
Customers can only contact vendors through website messaging or contact info provided with the product if enabled.

Q8: Can vendors cancel orders?
Vendors can cancel orders only before dispatch. Admin may monitor cancellations.

Q9: How are returns/refunds handled?
Returns or disputes are handled directly between vendor and customer. Admin may intervene if needed.

📦 Product Upload Guidelines (for Vendors)

We recommend using an Android 11 or higher and before the scan the barcode or take product picture, it needs permission from the user to do so; the permission is only needed to product scanning; If permissions are not granted, the users can perform manually for producting lifecycle.

Q10: What products are allowed on the website?
Only grocery and household products are allowed, such as: Food items (rice, flour, milk, etc.) Beverages Cleaning products Baby products Kitchen essentials

🚫 NOT Allowed:

Medicines, illegal items, counterfeit products.

Q11: What are the product picture requirements?

Format: JPG, JPEG, PNG Max size: 200 KB Dimensions: Recommended 500x500 px
Background: White or clean background preferred No watermark unless it is your shop logo

Q12: How many products can a vendor upload?
Each vendor can upload up to 150 products by default. For more, contact Admin.

Q13: Can vendors upload product documents or videos?
No. Only product images are allowed. Video and PDF upload features will be added in the future.

Q14: My product image is not showing properly. What should I do?
Ensure your image: Is not larger than 200KB Has a valid format (JPG, JPEG, PNG)
